Challenge

How might we re-position the application to serve people who have used a pushup app?

Benefits

• provide pushup rep guidance so they can improve their pushup ability

Solutions

• Add pushup counting statistics (daily, weekly, monthly, ytd)

• focus on improving the user's pushup ability

• add pushup game mode variations to differentiation session to session (ex. 5 rounds, 3 rounds, 90 second max pushup test, etc)

• create an engaging meta game so the user continues to come back to perform more pushups

Meta game Story

Dragons make friendly companions but they are becoming extinct with only a few left in the world. A small village and their people have taken on the responsibility to maintain their health and breed more so they can flourish.

Initially, the village fed and delivered water to their dragons, along with medical care and other tasks. But, the Dragons continued passing away. RIP.

The village doctor recently discovered the health of the people caring for the Dragon will directly affect the Dragon's health. With a majority of people lazy in the world, this is why they have been going extinct! The doctor discovered the stronger the group of people, then the Dragon becomes more powerful and beautiful, and the offspring they make will retain their beauty.

There aren't enough villagers who are physically fit to help. To solve this problem, the Mayor is making a call to anyone willing to do pushups to help keep their Dragons alive. Anyone willing to take on this tasks will receive rewards, Pho, and Water.

Dojo

New villagers will join a Dojo, which cares for one dragon. Their goal is to grow their Dragon to be the most powerful and beautiful by being the strongest Dojo.

Main event

The mayor has setup the main event that takes place every several weeks. It tests the strengths of each of the Dojos. The top players will receive special rewards to bring back to their Dojo, which can be used on their Dragon to help them flourish.

Dragon eggs

As the dragon levels up, they will one day become eligible to produce a Dragon egg that will contain their DNA. Dojo's can use the dragon to start a new Dojo, sell to a new group of people to run their own Dojo, or maintain as a personal Dragon.
